AI agent for car dealerships

Talk to your inventory.

Ask it what needs doing and it does the work — searching stock, reprocessing images, generating video, writing descriptions and sending the email. By voice, in chat, or by replying to one of its own reports.

Dealership AI agent

Call your inventory. Ask it to get the work done.

Ask out loud, on the lot, and listen to the answer — then tell it to generate the videos and email the group every Monday at seven. It remembers how your stores work, and it can't do anything the person asking isn't allowed to do.

  • It learns how your group works, so it stops asking the same questions.
  • Scheduled work needs approval before it can touch anything destructive.
  • Reply to any report it sends and it changes the report.

The AI agent is included in every plan. See pricing

What it can actually do

Twenty-seven tools, not a chat window.

The difference between a chatbot and software that does the job is whether it can act. These are the things it can carry out on your behalf, subject to the same permissions you have.

Inventory

Search stock · add vehicles · edit fields · write descriptions · delete

Media

Reprocess images · generate video · generate marketing images · switch backdrops

Operations

Schedule recurring jobs · send email · build reports · check credit balance

Memory

It stops asking you the same questions.

Two kinds of memory: a short curated set of facts about how your group works, always in context, and a much larger searchable store it draws on when something older is relevant. Learned facts are flagged to an admin and can be reverted.

Unattended work

It works while nobody is watching.

Set a recurring job and it runs on schedule — a Monday inventory summary, a nudge to the photographer about anything still pending. Anything destructive needs approval before a scheduled run can touch it.

Limits

It cannot exceed the person asking.

Every action is checked against that user's own permissions before it runs, and every action is logged. A photographer asking it to delete a store gets the same answer they would get in the interface.

Repeating — Mondays at 07:00

Last week across three rooftops

33 vehicles arrived last week and 31 are live. Two are held at Movo Toyota.

Both held units are missing an interior pass — the phone was put down before the dashboard shot. I have messaged the two photographers with the angle they skipped.

Reply to this email to change what it covers. “Drop the arrived column and add days-to-live” is enough; next Monday's report follows the new shape.

Sample report. Counts, names and addresses are invented.

Agent Standard is included in every plan, at no extra cost. Agent Pro is a separate subscription for groups that outgrow it.

Bring us one car. We'll show you the agent working on it.

Book a demo and we will run a vehicle from your own lot through capture, processing and video — then ask the agent to do the rest out loud.
